We find quite often when a couple gets in touch with us, they don’t actually always know what service they want, or importantly will suit where they are in their planning stages. This is why we always offer complimentary discovery calls.
So below is a summary of what we offer so help you decide what help you may need during your planning stages.
ON THE DAY WEDDING MANAGEMENT – This service is ideal for couples that have fully planned their own weddings and would like someone to manage their day. They may have realised that they don’t want to have to run their wedding day whilst trying to enjoy their day, or they may have now so many suppliers (normally when it’s a marquee wedding) that you don’t wish to be having to deal with lots of suppliers pulling you from pillar to post. You day is managed from the first suppliers arrival until after your first dance, and everything in between is taken care off so you enjoy a stress free relaxing wedding day with your friends and family. (from £850 for an Essex based wedding)
PARTIAL PLANNING – This service is Ideal for couples that have started their planning and soon realised that it was a much bigger task than anticipated or are quite far down the line and found that they don’t have time to finish planning. Partial planning will get you over the finishing line by finding all the last handful of suppliers that you may need to complete your wedding day. This also comes with on the day wedding management too. (from £1750)
FULL PLANNING – This service is perfect for the couple that is just so busy and does not have the 300 hours spare to plan a wedding, or even look for their own venue. We take every little detail, design, theme, style and put together a wedding that brings your exact vision to life. From finding your perfect venue, handpicking suppliers to suit your theme, design and budget, and all aspects of planning, contracts, logistics, budget management etc and again full management of your day right to the end of your wedding day. (Up to 10% of your budget with a £4k minimum fee for weddings around London and home counties)
THE ULTIMATE WEDDING PLANNING EXPERIENCE – This service comes with everything you could possibly want for the ultimate luxury wedding planning experience. Meetings with lunch at top London hotels, discounts on your honeymoon with our travel partner, special surprise packages running up to your wedding day, email assist for all your guests, RSVP Management and meal choices, organising flights and accommodation for overseas guests, rehearsal dinner planning, free website design, extra staff you name it, it comes with all the bells and bows. (Up to 10% of your budget with a £9k min fee)
SMALL WEDDINGS/ELOPEMENTS – you are specifically looking for a small wedding or you are looking to get married in the UK from overseas, then we have a service specifically for this. We are used to engaging with overseas clients and work around their time zones to make sure they get the right level of service they can enjoy if they had someone local. As getting married is often difficult in the UK from overseas you may find yourself having to do the legal duties at home, we offer a complimentary celebrant service and design you a beautiful bespoke ceremony. We also provide this complimentary for our small intimate weddings too. (7.5% of your overall budget with a minimum fee of £2,500)
TOASTMASTER – As a professionally trained Toastmaster I come with the full formal red tail regalia, giving your wedding that extra magical touch. I make sure that you both and all your guests are in the right places at the right times so no one has to think about what is happening next, removes all ambiguity from your day. I also make sure that all your formal announcements are taken care with the right etiquette. (From £550 For an Essex based wedding).
CELEBRANT – This service is perfect if you have already done your legal aspects and now you would like to have a celebration and a wedding blessing. Or it you want to renew your vows, or it may be that you want to have a ceremony in a location that does not have a licence or in a home garden or a location that just does not allow marriages. I provide personal heartfelt bespoke ceremonies for couples that have already taken care of the legal formalities. (From £500 for and Essex based wedding).
